it won't let me make bookings and says that there is nothing available!
So easy to use
As many others have said terrible app also rang them and terrible service! So you can't just book you and a friend into a class even though you are paying you also can't just ring up and book you and a friend on, you have to both sign up to this shocking service to book on and they want to know the far end of everything about you?! I can see why people go elsewhere. I will be in future.
Rubbish, can't find info on other centres. Once you put one in you are stuck with it.
Piss poor app can't change centres unless you've a degree in IT, far better to go to your chosen centre and ask
Can't change location once a center is selected. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Emmm - how to make account ? How to get login or create password ? Tried multiple times and I just don't get it how to do it
Tried to register for pay as you go. Despite all fields being completed I kept getting an error message highlighting my email, saying I hadn't completed the field. Absolute waste of time.
Can't log In, I've tried for 1 hour at least. Worst app I've ever had. Bye.
This has the potential to be a brilliant application, however it's not at this moment. The search facility isn't helpful at all. I'm asked to put in my postcode, which I assumed (foolishly!) to be given my nearest facilities. Result: nothing found at this location! Of course not, it's my house!😞
